Please make sure to include the following in your request for best and fastest response: 

1) Your Full Name

2) Your Student Number

3) Course/Program you are enrolled in (If it is a course related query, include the course code OR any relevant info)

4) Screenshots of content relevant to your ticket.

How to create a ticket (you don't need to sign in):


1. Please go to servicedesk.algomau.ca 

2. Click "report an Incident" for login issue, room access issue, network issue or "request a Service" like ordering a new equipment. 

3. In "search a requester" field, you can put your personal email address where we can reach you best. 

4. If "search a requester" is auto populating your algomau email address then use the preferred contact method field. 


Once the ticket has been created the service desk team will look into your request and somebody will be in touch soon to address the issue. Please keep an eye on the email provided.
