There are many ways to access the Avaya Cloud App. You can:


1.  Download the app (or both) onto your computer.
a) For the full Desktop app, click one of appropriate links below to download:


     b) For the smaller app (which is great for most phone usage), click one of the appropriate links below to download:

2.  Login to the web space (no download required) by:
  • Go to: Avaya Web Login   [You can bookmark this page too.]
  • Click Sign In,
  • Click Google,
  • Log in with your AlgomaU credentials.


or 


3.  Install the app on your cell phone/mobile device.

  • Avaya Cloud Office for iOS is available from the Apple App Store, search for "Avaya Cloud Office"

  • Avaya Cloud Office for Android is available from the Google Play Store, search for "Avaya Cloud Office"

Note: if you access the App Store/Play Store without these links, be sure you choose AVAYA Cloud Office with the big stylized 'A' in the logo. 


If your account has already been activated the first time, to sign in to any of the above applications, just click on Google for sign on and use your AlgomaU credentials.

If the link in your welcome email expired or for any account issues, contact servicedesk@algomau.ca so the link can be resent.
