In the Ticket system [https://servicedesk.algomau.ca/], once you are logged in:
- Click the +.
- Select Service Request.
- On the left-hand side of the screen, select the type of service you require (i.e. Phone Extension).
- Select the service (i.e. Avaya Phone Extension – On-boarding/New Request).
- Complete the request form, and click Place Request.
